In a medium size bowl mix the following items

1. 4-6 egg whites

2. One medium fully ripe banana (mashed)

3. A dash of milk 

4. 1-2 drops of vanilla essence (optional) 

4. A full rounded scoop of Barbell Nutrition's pure California whey

Blend with a hand blender till the mixture is consistent.

Heat a pan spray some cooking oil in it. Pour about one rounded small bowl of the mixture in the pan and let it cook till it becomes a little brown. Flip it carefully and cook the other side. There you go, a healthy delicious full of protein and good carbs snack ready.
