In a blender add the following items

1. 200-250 ml of milk

2. Small spoon of creamy peanut butter

3. 1/4 - 1/2 spoonto taste of unsweetend pure natural cocoa powder

4. 1/4 - 1/2 spoon to taste pure coffee powder

5. Sweetener of your choice (honey, sugar or stevia drops) to taste

6. A full rounded scoop of barbell nutrition's pure California Whey

Blend all for 15 - 20 secs and there you go..a delicious mouth watering Choco Mocha peanut butter smoothie ready you will love to savor it everyday I promise :-)
